7325 Parker Perpetual Plaque With Photo, 13" X 10.5"

The Parker Perpetual Plaque With Photo is great for Employee of the Month recognition or Salesperson of the Quarter, it can also be used for a Safety Award. Document each winner over time and highlight the current winner by displaying their photo. The plaque is made of a 13" x 10.5" black piano finish, high gloss board; which includes a 4" x 6" photo holder, a 4" x 2" header plate and twelve 3" x 1" individual nameplates. You may choose from black/silver nameplates or black/gold nameplates. The header plate would feature your company logo and the name of the award or achievement level.
