Almost every organization has a series of award that are focused on the leadership and management of the organization.

Department managers, regional managers, division managers, national managers, global managers, executive staff, board members and trustees that have shown exemplary leadership, have met significant goals, or have served tirelessly to meet company initiatives; these are the individuals who have displayed amazing leadership skills and provided guidance for their teams. These are the leaders who should be recognized for their efforts.

Awards for a manager or leader can energize the staff that works under the individual, as it often points to a team that is working well together and has accomplished significant goals. It is also an opportunity to highlight values and work habits that are important to the company's continued success. This will often motivate other managers and leaders in the organization to improve their own areas of operation.
